It Is Okay.

Es ist ok, nicht perfekt zu sein.
Es ist ok, Angst zu haben.
Es ist ok, nicht zu wissen, was man werden will.
Es ist ok, eine andere Meinung zu vertreten und dazu zu stehen.
Es ist ok, Nein zu sagen.
Es ist ok, Phasen zu haben, in denen man nicht in bester Form ist.

Ich bin ok, so wie ich bin. Sonst müsste ich mich verändern und wäre nicht mehr ich. Überall wird uns allen gesagt, dass unser Wert von Instagram-Followern und Facebook-Likes abhängt. Aber sind wir denn gar nichts, nur weil jemand seinen Finger auf seinem Bildschirm nicht auf unser Bild bewegt hat ? Ich glaube, dass wir aufpassen müssen, uns nicht selbst zu verlieren. Wir müssen aufpassen, unsere inneren Werte nicht zu verlieren und wir müssen aufhören, nur noch auf diese oberflächliche Welt zu hören. Ich will damit nur sagen, dass all dieses Virtuelle öfter mal etwas zu wichtig genommen wird. Und ich sage das als Jemand, der seine Gedanken im Internet und Bilder auf Instagram teilt. Wir müssen einfach nur aufpassen, denn so perfekt, wie es auf den ganzen gestellten Bildern aussieht, ist kein Leben. Wir haben Eigenarten und ein paar kleine Fehler, aber deswegen sind wir nicht schlechter.

It is okay to be not perfect.
It is okay to be afraid.
It is okay to not know, what you want to become.
It is okay to be of a different opinion and to adhere to it.
It is okay to say no.
It is okay to not always be in top form.

I am okay the way I am. Otherwise I had to change and would not be myself anymore. Everywhere we get to hear that our value depends on how many Instagram-Followers and Facebook-Likes we have. We are nothing because someone did not tip their screen ? I think we need to pay attention so that we do not lose ourselves. We have to keep an eye on our inner values and we need to stop doing what this superficial world says. I just want to say, that we tend to take all this virtual stuff too important. And I say this as someone, who loves blogging and scrolling through Instragram.  We just have to pay attention because no one has this perfect life. We all have some mistakes and quirks and that is, what makes us original.
